Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
i write it down in a journal. its great to see your own results! and also, if your workout is making your weaker, you'll find that out too and be able to switch it up.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
didnt know what to do.
i'd go to the wieght room and bench and bench..and bench. and then i'd do sumthing very similiar the next day...and also DEFFINITELY rep range..i use to do 8-12..and i didnt want to put on size =|. im now on the 15-infinity rep range :) didnt know what to do.

i dont do any legitimate martial arts myself but i used to box with my dad a bit :] familiar with the jiujitsu cuz my bro does it :] and i was on the skool wrestling team for a very brief period of time :]
