Rico162 I see Well you have to do what comfortable and right for you. You can look up septoplasty and palatoplasty. Those are what was done, and during recovery, prevented me from swallowing fro 2 weeks. There was never any swelling, just no eating solid food. Only soup. Sep 4, 2010 7:54pm

Rico162 Wow, you are very tall and lean for 225 with a 33 waist and 16 yrs old. Thats a major plus for you because if you were fat and tall ot would be alot to carry and control. But then again you are a kid still too. Anything can happen in the 9 years. As far as me it was surgery and soup diet only due to not being able to swallow for 10 days. To maintain and expound on what I already have is what I want and need to do. Stay light but get deisel. It has has and can be done. Sep 1, 2010 8:40am

Rico162 Deviated Septim (breathing)and a Serendectomy (uvela removal). Im down to 150-152 and im gonna make it deisel and keep it under 155. This may be the break in needed the get the bf% n check. You do what works and make you feel good. I still would like to see updates as you promised. Im way smaller then you now...lol. Hang tight kid. Aug 21, 2010 6:03am

Rico162 Its been a little downer for me. I had nose and throat surgery and was on soups for 11 days. No slod food or training. Lost 10 lbs. Im not 100% yet but im but im back in the gym at 150 lbs. So I have a good road to trave. and will make the best of it. How have you been doing? Aug 19, 2010 5:08pm
