TripWire76 Thanks... I was out of the gym for about a month while on R&R but have been back at it for right at a month now as well. Just cleaned up my diet from eating EVERYTHING for two month or so; sooooo time to do it up right!!! Trying to add some lean mass, let's see what happens! ;) Feb 20, 2012 9:19am
