I have a question ,you posted in the beginner's guide to bodybuilding a articel weight training for beginners, 3 programms for 6 weeks per programm, with 2x12 when i do that schould i change de weight the second set? and if so how much??

Hi, I loved the way you explained body building for beginners, and i would like some advice,
I am 42 and have never really exercised before except for raising 3 kids, I weigh 145, I'm 5'8", and wear a size 8 jeans, but I am aging and i want to stay looking good not like some other friends of mine, who hide their body with large t-shirts, I like to show my bod, what kind of diet do I need and can you show me a site to show the exercises. thanks
