to be honesty it was pretty good. i dont do abs though, they get worked from heavy deads, and squats

thanks man, i wish i looked like you though, your massive. I am kinda like you in the sense that i don't have a diet, just eat what ever i want, and still get pretty good gains

i dont train abs, but i do alot of exercises that work them, such as front squats, heavy squats and deadlift. Plus my bf% is around 7

plus take a pic of your back from a distance, cause its not wide at all, and it will probably look small so your just scared and making up excuses.
