My rep range varies, if I'm bulking 6 to 8, cutting 10 to 12, except for legs which is 20 reps. For small muscles like biceps, triceps & shoulders I'll do 3 to 4 exercises for 4 sets. Chest & Back I'll do 4 or 5 exercises for 4 sets. Hams & quads normally 3 to 4 exercises for 4 sets.
