How I Started:
I had my first child a little over a year ago. I gained a whopping 70lbs! I have lost nearly all of the weight BUT my body still isn't right. EVERYTHING jiggles when I walk! :(
Why I Love It:
When I used to workout on a regular basis, I felt good. I felt like I was healthy. I felt sexier!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being healthy and participating in competitve sports are my motivation right now.
I'm taking this seriously. But sadly, some family members aren't supportive. It amuses them that I'm counting calories, eat a modified diet, and take supplements. When they eat cake, they ask would I like some. Of course, I reply with a polite, "No, thank you." Then they continue with an, "Are...

I had a good holiday weekend...I made sure that I got my exercise in and didn't drink any alcohol. I did however enjoy the fruits of my labor (Mac and cheese, cupcakes and cornbread)...hopefully I didn't do to much damage...

keep ya chin up! you have made great strides. right around the corner is a surprising drop in pounds waiting for you, which usually follows a plateau -IF you keep at it! so keep at it so you will still get that surprise! :)

I gained almost 100lbs with my first and was able to get it all off in a little over a year. My youngest just turned 3 a few days ago and I am still battling these thirty pounds...
