How I Started:
Just came back from Spring break and decided to get back in shape. I was always on and off and one day it clicked. I realized how much time and money I spent for gym memberships and really didn't get any results except for the fact that I was slightly in better shape than the general public.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being soar. Its a feeling of hard work. I also love being the more physical and stronger person out of my group of friends. A lot of people, especially asians ask me what I do to train and what my secrets are. I don't feel as if I'm that big to be giving advice but since I am Physically more fit than the general public and especially the asian population, I just tell them to not step into the gym until they are 100% serious and dedicated, otherwise they won't train as hard and they'll stop coming in a week or 2 which wastes again money and time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror everyday to see what I have accomplished and I keep telling myself I don't train hard enough. With that mind set I'm always adding more reps, more sets, more weights. I won't stop until I'm 145 lbs at the height of 5'2 staying at 5% body fat.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 15 lbs and now I'm aiming to gain back the weight but in muscle form of course.
