I've always been active. I was on the Track & Feild team in High School so I was constantly in shape. (Then came Kids!)
Why I Love It:
It is a confidence booster. It is also a great stress reliever.

Most importanly it means I'm healthy enough to chase my children and last longer than they do.

I want to Live healthier overall and feel better about myself.
Goal (Long):
As many of you mothers out there know once you have a child your body changes and if you have another right after the next than you really go through some changes. We also know that losing the baby fat isn't always that easy. Well I've finally reached the boiling point of accepting the way I look. I am on a mission to transform my body and feel better about myself. Afterall now that I've had the kids I would like to be around to see them grow up.

I haven't been on in sometime, but have been losing abit of weight.  Not as much as I would like.  i haven't been feeling my self and I let that get to me and stopped me from doing everything I wanted.  I think that I'm starting to get that feeling back.

My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality. My wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself; possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
