I used to be a serious fat body. At one time I weighed in at 335lbs at 6'5". When I graduated from high school and as I grew taller, I started playing basketball. I wanted to get better at it, so I started running and joined a gym.I got down to 269 at one point but never really got to the point where I was happy with how I looked.
Why I Love It:
It is a huge part of my life. When I don't workout, I don't feel good. It helps me focus and just gives me a good, positive feeling
How I Stay Motivated:
Music keeps me motivated. Mostly for when I`m running or doing any other aerobic activity. Looking in the mirror.
I want to Gain some more Muscle, Lower my BF%, Eat Clean and get a damn Six Pack!
Goal (Long):
I have never been happy with my body especially my upper body. I`ve never taken my shirt off at the beach or anything like that. I workout at least 4 days a week and have made progress through the years, but I`ve never gotten over the hump. I`d like to get to that next level where I can take off my shirt and be proud of my body. I don't even think I need to lose a lot of weight and its more about the bodyfat percentage than anything for me. Its not so much that I have to see my abs but a nice solid, flat stomach would go a long way towards happiness with my body.
Hi,
This is probably a question for the fellas but I usually consume 2 protein shakes a day with another 2 - 3 meals. I've been trying to staedily build muscle while burning some fat off, which some people say doesn't work and some people say does. Anyway, the first protein shake is in...
You are right huni! I don't know why.. but the judging is very different over here. American girls don't normally place at the worlds.. although if you compete as a pro then the american look is what you have to aim for. It gets very confusing.. The judges in Europe like it bigger and leaner.
Training is going great bro! I’ve added quite a bit of lbs over the winter and I’m doing my best to reduce body fat. I’m concentrating on cleaning the diet up and added more cardio to my workouts. I already feel like I’ve leaned up some. How is your training?
Thats awful news about your job! Are you still in england? I've been real busy but i've still been able to get gym time in. Hopefully things will slow down after the hollidays.
