How I Started:
Was always small, and I was tired of it so I hit the gym the summer after freshman year of high school.
like most i started with mostly bodybuilding exercies, but after reading countless books on lifting, i switched to mostly power lifts.
Why I Love It:
It is pretty much my hobby that I look forward to every day. when school gets boring I know i get to hit the gym at the end of the day. I also love the way it transforms your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I lift four days consecutively with three days off. Those three days provide recovery, and at the end I am fully ready for the next four days of lifting.

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
No
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I am currently on NANO vapor which I take right before I workout (right before my warm up). But starting this summer I am getting off all energy enhancers.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
workout log that I write my workouts in everyday and take with me to the gym. It is easy, accesable everywhere, and it is the only way I have ever done it.
