At the end of my 84 DAY/12 week Challenge. I would like to start by thanking Dymatize Nutrition and Bodybuilding.com for putting on this Challenge. Also I would like to thank my family and friends for the full support. The supplements that Dymatize created really made this easier than I originally thought. As far as the supplements, I kept it very simple.. Whey Protein and Amino Acid. I was new to the supplement game, but the amino really helped the protein get through my system easy, Some...
