I was a long distance runner and have always admired bodybuilders.
So this ex-long distance runner is now bodybuilding!

So come January, I start dieting. I don't care for the word diet. It just sounds restricting! Anyhoo, these past few months I have been bulking and eating a lot of good foods! It's been great! I love to eat and basically that's what I have been doing. Eating, training hard,...
My workout partner and I actually hit those exercises so i will just keep going and start to increase the weights a little bit and should be on my way! Thanks and keep up the good work yourself!!!
Yep it was the two of us, wow that was a tough show for me , my body freaked out at last min and i could not get my butt to lean out, But we didnt want to risk loosing size , my last show I was 110 and this show i was 124 so we were pretty happy. Thanks and good luck. ;)

thanks!! Well since I compete yes I do two cardio sessions a day..I DO NOT suggest someone else do it..unless your gearing up for a comp. my cardio is scientifically caluculated with my diet so I don't lose muscle or ruin my metabolism
