Overall Goal: Overall I want to look the way I think I should have looked all my life. I plan to get to 10-12% body fat and keep it there until my body won't let me anymore.
Fit Status:
I'm back full swing into my workout routine, working on my diet. My ACL tear has reduced my powerlifting nature, but my intensity is no less

When I Started:
Jan, 1997
How I Started:
I found one of my mother's dumbbells one day when I was a kid. It was about 1 in the morning and I couldn't sleep for some reason, so I picked it up and started to curl it until I tired myself. It was only a 6 lb weight, but I was only 6 or 7 years old. I managed to fall asleep when I was done... but I just so happened to curl it about 400 times.
Why I Love It:
It's kind of just something to do at this point. I started trying to lose weight about a year or two ago just because I've wanted to for a while. I weigh so much right now, excluding my biceps & calves, you probably couldn't tell I lifted anything but donuts (which, I don't even like donuts much)
How I Stay Motivated:
1. Girlfriend (Getting one easier...)
2. Girls in general (Uhh... sue me)
3. Rubbing it in the face of people who talked badly about me for 12 years of my life
BB Accomplishments:
Well... I managed to remain THE strongest (in terms of weight lifting ability) individual through elementary and middle school. My current major accomplishment in general however has to be the fact that I've lost 115 of my planned 215 lb lost (I weighed 445 lbs at the age of 17, I now weigh 310 at the age of 19, but I lost the 115 pounds within the first 10 months of changing my diet and beginning to seriously work out).

Overall I want to look the way I think I should have looked all my life. I plan to get to 10-12% body fat and keep it there until my body won't let me anymore.
Goal (Long):
I've wanted my underlying strength to show externally for quite some time. I set in motion my life change at the age of 17, and I intend to finish it before I'm 21. I tore my ACL playing football with my roommates this year, and it has slowed me down, but it hasn't stopped me. I already know my body is strong, I can both feel it and display it by means of weight lifting, but now I wan't it to show. I can curl 60 lbs now while standing, and I intend to be able to curl 100 at my peak. I once amazed myself by squatting 90 lbs above what I thought was my max at the time (350 lbs, I squatted 440), and I want to be able to squat 500. I've always considered myself "weak" on the Bench press, because my large size would make it appear as if I was able to lift more than I can. The heaviest amount I've ever managed to lift on bench was 240 lbs, and I want to be able to bench 350. My leg is preventing me from gaining strength and losing weight as rapidly as I'm used to and wish to, but my willpower is immensely strong.
