UPDATE: Done CG's DTP mass - great stuff, intense - 40 minutes workouts, but nothing beats YT3 for packing on mass. Especially the C1 legs workouts are litterally a pain in the as*, but goddamn it makes those slow and fast twitch fibres swell!
Did 6 rounds of Gethin's 12 week HC program, got phenomenal results but lagged a bit on the upper chest/front shoulders. Also: at one point I had problems getting off the couch (litterally) as I discovered that Gethin's leg strategy is excellent for building volume, but does not necessarily provide the strenght needed to exist with the added weight.
Ran Neil Hill's Y3T 9 weeks (video..yeah, right) training program, which really is a 3 week program x 3 and had even better results than from Gethin's system. Which mirors my main goal of building muscle, of course.
Then I did CG's DTP 9 weeker (which by this point had evolved into something more than a super-ego macho-I'm the toughest-guy-ever trip into something more muscle-building efficient.
Currently I'm back on the Y3T 9 week @week 5. Packing on mass, sustaining strength and thribe :-)
