Wk 6 round 5 on Gethin's prog. 8 days easter hibernation (ate clean!) did wonders. Cardio capacity never better, weight stable.

From a 12 week transformation to a sustainable lifestyle

I am now entering the last week (week 12) in my second iteration of Kris Gethin's 12-week transformation. By now I perform each exercise correctly, have steadily decreased rest-time between sets and increased the total workload performed in each repetition, each set and consequently during each training session. I never believed I would decline signing up with a new gym because that otherwise excellent gym simply didn't have heavy enough dumbbells...Now I just did =D I've had to procure an entirely new set of workout stepping stones and rewrite my perceived physical limits and boundaries, espe...
