It seemed too difficult to learn a good diet routine; But after becoming inspired at the idea of building a 'Fight Club' body, I found this!


I started with this basic arsenal of clean foods and started building as I went, trying to cut out unnecessary fats and empty calories like those that are found in any given can of soda pop on the market and other highly-sugary drinks. Those really are horrible for you!


I decided to shoot for a calorie goal of 1600-1800 a day for leaning out while exercising (Cardio, P90X and weightlifting) and making sure to consume at least 80-90 grams of protein a day. My supplement regimen fills any amino acid/nutritional holes created by such a clean and limited diet. Plus I always find good food to try. (Recent addition to my diet: Organic Plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with fruit, semi-sweet chocolate and/or stevia extract as well as using it as an ingredient for a baked chicken recipe. [Per serving: 80 calories, 0g fat, 6g sugar/carbs, 15g protein -- Excluding fruit/extras])


I like to try a new, healthy recipe for chicken every week!

My current daily stack:
- Dymatize All Natural Elite Whey Protein Isolate [1 scoop per serving{~33.35g} for occasional meal replacement and post-workout consumption]

- Spring Valley Milk Thistle Extract [1000mg/single capsule serving]
- Whole Foods Triple Ginseng [1/2 serving: 100mg Eleuthro Root, 100mg Panax Ginseng, 50mg American Ginseng, 50mg Gotu Kola (Leaf), 50mg Schisandra (Berry)]
- 365 Ginkgo Biloba [1 serving: 60mg Ginkgo Biloba (Leaf)] [Vegetarian Supplement]
- Nature's Life Garlic & Parsley [1 serving: 1.2mg garlic clove oil (500:1 Concentrate), 1mg parsley seed oil (100:1 Concentrate)]
- Spring Valley Omega 3 Fish Oil 1200mg [1/2 serving: 1200mg natural fish oil/720mg Omega 3 Fatty Acids with EPA & DHA] [1 full serving = 2400 mg natural fish oil]

Possible stack additions: (The following supplements will only be added if the intensity of my workouts increases drastically over the next few months)
- Dymatize Nutrition Creatine Micronized or All American EFX Kre-Alkalyn [1 serving daily]
- PrimaForce MAX CLA 1000mg [1 serving after a hard workout]
