skinnychubbyguy "Hole in my underwear... What is the purpose of the hole on the front? I mean they stitch up the other side, but they leave the one opening on the front open, wtf is the point? My balls don't get that sweaty to air out, and I don't pull my dick through it to piss or anything else, so is there a legit reason for this?"

Goal (Long):
I've never been much of an athelete and hated sports.
I discovered weights in 2001 and loved every minute down the gym. I felt that at last I had found something that made me stand up tall.
I hurt my back in 2005 and went to seed - now my back is almost fixed, I'm as motivated as ever. Have a dodgy (numb) right leg which has a mind of its own, so trying to keep it symmetrical with my left one is fun fun fun.
I want the best body I can get with what's left of my genetics.
And hopefully that'll be a pretty sexy one.
Update - now have a peachy arse again and getting those sheeps-eyes looks again down the gym so it's working ;)
In comparison with Virginia Tech my tragedy is vanishingly minor. However on Monday two weeks ago, I said goodbye to my old chum Hansel - a super greyhound friend who first came home as a retired oldster at 4 yrs old on Millennium Eve.
For cardio it's 6k rowing - 3k pre/3k post, 21-24 strokes pm.
This is optimum rate for fat vs glyco burn, and rates at 5 PE so chat is possible (I don't cos it breaks my Zen like rhythm ;-O or interrupts my podcast listening!) When not attempting to gain, I'm an endurance rower 12km daily...

You Must Reach Your Goal & Trample On Anyone Who tries to Stop I wise man told me that and his name was Herb Elliot Australia Olympic Champion
