45-60 seconds....so I can explode on the next set!

A little bit too long of a break between redeployment and setting foot back in the gym....Too much indulgence in newly accessible culinary delights and the wobbly popsĀ in the last month has certainly reared its ugly head ...However, adds to the incentive to get the diet and training back up...
