Background
I have always loved playing Basketball and Football as a youth. I started weight training and Cardio training as a way to improve athletic performance. after high school I got out of shape due to lack of knowledge on proper nutrition and a busy school schedule. So after finishing my Masters degree I decided it was time to get back into shape. This journey began for real in 2008.
I love the rush of endorphins. I love the way I feel and look when I am fit. Every aspect of my life is better when I am physically fit

Upper body: Monday and Thursday.
Lower Body: Tuesday and Friday
Abs: Wednesday and Saturday
Rest: Sunday
2 a days. Mornings are quick cardio intensive routines for 20 minutes focusing on the muscle group of the day.
Night is strength focused for 1 hour.
Eight Weeks:
Alternate every other week between Week A and Week B
Week: A 5X5
Week: B 10X10
Diet
No Sugar, 6 meals a day, Protein with every meal, no soda, 1 piece of fruit a day, lots of veggies, Water fast every Sunday, full fast 1st Sunday of month.
