How I Started:
started working out in high school sports- excelled in powerlifting, wrestling, Tae Kwan Do, Boxing- I got hulky and ripped- after power lifting ended I worked out still but not as intense.
in my 20's and 30's I did not work out too much- I got chubby and chunky, ate horribly and drank a lot of beer. Just a few years ago I took a job traveling quite a bit eating lots of restaurant food and not watching what I ate. Last year I found myself on the couch weighing 180 lbs.!! For 5'5 thats a lot of weight!!- So I got back to work - I started watching the Biggest Loser and that got me even more motivated seeing the inspirational stories on the show-After that I just started running quite a bit, working out and eating better cutting out all fried foods, drinking lots of water, eating more fruits and veggies and several times a day. The pounds started falling off after that and now here I am!
Why I Love It:
I love the pump- and feeling of accomplishment- the after workout feeling is great as well-
How I Stay Motivated:
looking in the mirror- is that vain??
watching my progress- I am eating cleaner, working out frequently and feeling 150 times better!! I have more energy and feel healthy!
BB Accomplishments:

Goal (Long):
I've lost the weight in fat that I want to lose- my goal now is to maintain that fat loss and gain muscle- i'm running and lifting and want to get ripped up. I've always had goals to be more muscular- i like muscularity in women as well- sexy muscle.
My diet goal is to consume protien, cutting out all fried foods, limiting carbs and just overall eating cleaner- consuming more veggies, fruits, fish and the such.
I run 5 to 7 days a week. 4.25 miles each time.
That is my cardio-
My weight lifting consists of push ups and curls.
125 push ups each day and curls of 30lb dumbells, 4 sets of 12 reps, 50lb curl bar 3 sets of 12 reps.

I don't mind a bit perverted...but some messages are just really GROSS. I've eaten so much chocolate today...and ran 5 miles...I'll be needed to run that everyday to work this candy off...Chocolate coma!
Kids had a great time even though it rained hard around here!! I handed out candy in the garage!!lol....it was a short night!!! NOT ONE PIECE OF CANDY S...can you believe that?????? How about your night?
