I've always been athletic and into weightlifting. I played football, wrestled and powerlifted in highschool. I started watching the Biggest Loser on TV and it motivated me to get off my ASS! So I started running and watching what I ate a lot more closely. I have dropped 25lbs of fat and now I am ready to gain 25lbs of muscle.
Why I Love It:
Love the PUMP!, the feeling of complete exhaustion afterward, Love the look of progress on my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
Tracking my progress and seeing results keeps me motivated
BB Accomplishments:
Just lost 25lbs of fat by working out, cardio and eating right. Now working on building up muscle

This was my heaviest on the Beach.
180 Lbs. I ate every fast food out their. McDonolds hamburgers used to be my favorite.
I run 5 to 7 days a week. 4.25 miles each time.
That is my cardio-
My weight lifting consists of push ups and curls.
125 push ups each day and curls of 30lb dumbells, 4 sets of 12 reps, 50lb curl bar 3 sets of 12 reps.
Oh thank god it's alot less itchy today!! I could still use a scratch though!! I have to go back to working out tomorrow! Don't know how that's gona go.
Nuthin'! Satisfied right now. I had a meal fir for a king tonight. NY strip steak, garlic mashed potatoes, tomatoes and ozarella, grilled asparagus and French bread baked with mozarella and dill. Bon Appetit! *smile*
