How I Started:
I started in high school. Then stopped. I started again when I joined the USAF. Then I stopped when I got stationed in Japan (was having way too much fun)and that's when I blew up to 228lbs. Been struggling ever since.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the positive changes in appearance. The post workout pump feels great!
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't, that's my biggest problem. I have trouble staying consistent over long periods, and I find dieting extremely difficult.

Goal (Long):
I've carried around some extra lard my whole life. I don't even know what my abs look like, LOL. I'm not looking to be totally ripped, but I'm tired of the "soft" look. Not too worried about being super muscular or anything like that. I just want to look and feel good. I used to weigh 228lbs. I currently weigh 195lbs. I want to get down to a solid 180lbs.
