Thanks for the add and compliments!! I am working on it man down 8lbs on my first 2 weeks of precontest... You have a great frame to build on yourself...You plan on competing?
Thanks man. Hope you'll have a great time and good training as well. Well, you have avvesome shoulder man. What a great shoulder and back !
Take care and looking forward, Moslem
Outstanding shape and great gains in the last couple of weeks. You are gifted with great proportions, plus you clearly have been working hard. Congratulations.
More great progress shots, P. If you keep doing these, you'll need to do a progression shot, showing your development for each pose over several months. Those are always great for showing what's working and what's not.
Hello all right?
Friend, I'm from Brazil, like their photos!
Congratulations!
Maybe you could give me some tips for
as at least leave my body like yours?
Supplements their diet with some product? What is your
training? Thank you.
Nice symmetry and balance. Great arms. You've got a long neck like me, so work hard on your medial delts and traps to help minimize the vertical lines. Otherwise, excellent work so far. What's your ultimate goal? Keep on hulkin'.
