How I Started:
Well basically I am one of the shortest kids in my grade and im 17 which is kinda annoying. that and im always getting laughed at for just being me the short little half jew. i have no problem with people laughing at me for just being myself. thats all i ever try to be but now i wanna be more so i got my hands on a weightbench and i started a ruitine habbit (sorta some things got in the way) and i want to be that muscular short little half jew.
Why I Love It:
i really love working out because it keeps me in shape and it shows people that i actually do something and that im not lazy and dont put effort into anything. And i think of how strong i could look when im running crosscountry
How I Stay Motivated:
i set goals and make sure i lift every other day. i also put a picture of my head on a bodybuilders body and tell myself "that could be you".

thanks for the add bro. try my upper body workout. you can replace lat pulldown and cable row with bent over barbell row and side lat raises. keep eating chicken, rice and pastas.
man im almost 17...but when i was like 15 i only weighed bout 120 pounds and im telling yeaa i changed that around once i started goign on a weight gainer(preferably Mutant Mass, i got it from popeyes but its like almost 70.00 $ and lasts for around a month or more it would prolly last a lil longger for you) and i put on 10 pounds ina month or less than id go off of it for a while than back on and gain a good solid 10 pounds in like a week and now im 150 almost
yeah man i grew out of mine to but its good to hit the gym there will be ppl there to help u out and i find i get more motivated when im at the gym campared to when i use to work out at home.
