I started working for bodybuilding.com. It's easy to get infected by the body building bug around here.

Working out makes me feel good. I like feeling good and being happy.

Transform my body into a lean mean fighting machine in 90 days!
Goal (Long):
I live a very healthy life. I eat well and do yoga but I have never done much strength training. My goal is to lose the little flab I have and turn it into muscle and start developing some definition. I weigh about 198 now and I would like to get down to 190. I will be doing a 90 day transformation workout and diet routine.
Well I made it past my first week of working out regularly and incorporating my 90 day transformation diet. I feel pretty good, I was tired a lot last week but that's probably because my body isn't used to the strength training. I'm expecting my energy level to pick up this week.
