How I Started:
I have always been an athletic guy. I swam for several years, but it never gave me the satisfaction that weight lifting does. I was always in shape but I wanted more. I started weightlifting my junior year and have seen good results since then. I recently got more serious about it, lifting heavier weights and trying to put on the pounds.

How I Stay Motivated:
Self-motivation mainly, but my girlfriend helps too!
BB Accomplishments:
I went from being able to bench 80 pounds to now being able to lift around 165.

Goal (Long):
I have always been a slim kid, weighing less then 130 up until my junior year when I started lifting. At first I lifted to stay fit, but now I lift to build muscle and get bigger. I want to go back home after this semester and show off what I have accomplished to everyone. I want my arms to be much bigger than they are now. I want my chest to be much more prominent. I want it all.
