don't bench. I do dumbell bench presses. Don't know what my 1 rep max is but i can do 80 pounds for 4-5 reps.

Man, thats the hard part. Always. Getting results as fast as you want. As far as putting on mass, well, you can always eat tuna or salmon, brown rice, and corn all day between meals. :-) It seems to put on muscle like magic.
