Right now my goal is to lose body fat, and maintain muscle mass, reaching the goal of 190lbs @15% BF
Goal (Long):
I started this at 180lbs with a goal of reaching 205lbs...through eating everything in sight and lifting heavy...basically a really dirty bulk, I reached my goal, but i weigh 210lbs and look terrible. So now my goal is to cut down to 190lbs with a 15% body fat count, while maintaining most of the muscle I have put on. I have changed my workout routine to three days of morning cardio with two days of afternoon cardio alternating with three days of afternoon weight.

I want to LOSE 20 lb

15%
