Well, I'm a german/norwerian blooded, ex Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) amateur athlete. I noted that it was easy to me to get big quicky naturally, then I started to train to see how far I could go. I started to put myself seriously in a training program, I was too skinny because of the Thai Boxing intense trainings... now I'm pumping up.
Why I Love It:
I still believe that the bodybuilding can give you health beside a strong body. I train naturally and I feel that I can get much more than these initial results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just looking at myself at the mirror and seeing what I need to pump up.
Starting at monday:
A - Chest and biceps
B - Legs
OFF
C - Shoulders and triceps
D - Backs, traps and neck
E - Abs
OFF
This is my main program (above), I use it for 4-6 weeks, and 1 week to powerlifting training (below).

A - Chest (bunch press only)
OFF
B - Legs...
