I was 216 lb of pure fat and one day I just got fedup with being so big. So I started working out and have kept so for two years.
Why I Love It:
It just feels great to have strenght and stamina to spare.

After losing 71 lb all I need is to see one of my old pictures.

This is the result of 3 months of hard work,after 4 months of slaking off and gaining 20 Lbs.You could say I'm baxk on track.
