the water retention thing never effected me. i recommend any kind of creatine monohydrate (the only truly proven form), especially optimum micronized creatine monohydrate.

i swear man. i was stuck at 10% for a while cus i wouldnt eat more than 1800 calories but as soon as i went up to 2200 i got down to 8% in about 4 weeks

i lose maybe half a pound per week or so, all fat. you should probably try eating a little more. if you dont eat enough, you hit a wall as crazy as that sounds

i carried a lot of weight on my legs and i had the fattest ass lol. i lost muscle mass too getting to this weight though
