I like useing anything from animal universal nutrition. And enjoy jacked and whey protien from OP, I also use Iso Mass.

People who inspire me
What motivates me is Boyle my friend from Deployment. He helped me keep track of myself. If it wasn't for him I don't think I would of kept on going to the gym. Also with the help of Sgt. Abrams & Sgt. Cox who helped me and showed me how to keep it going in the gym.
Also somebody important who helps me stay motivated is JR. Who passed away (cause of DRT) while I was on deployment. He was always a hard worker and once he put his mind to something he kept on going. That is why he keeps me on going and achieveing my goals at the gym. Love ya bro!
And if it wasn't for all my friends who helped me at the gym and kept me in line thanks for the help and the motivation also..
