Background
While deployed in Iraq I had some great guys I served with. They helped me understand and gave me the knowledge of working out. I owe it mainly to Sgt. Abrams and Sgt. Cox who helped me out and got me going. And also my room mate also. Without Boyle I don't think that I would of kept going on to the gym. But when Most of all I started hard and wanted to learn to stay Healthy. Even though I was not on the right road before deployment. But when my brother died during my deployment. Having to go home and then come back to Iraq was hard and very difficult too. But I have learned from him and he was not doing things right in his life. I believe that people can learn from others mistakes and apply it into ones own life. And remember the good times one had with them... RIP Jr Vargas.. He will always be remembered and loved.
It keeps me focused on my health and I love the way I feel now. Having the basic understanding of how to workout. And I enjoy the results I have and want to keep going and be able to show others and especially my kids.

Despite what he says, Pirolai pushed me to be better in Iraq, not the other way around. I know there were times I wasn't feeling it, especially early in the morning but he was always helping me get to the gym. But more than that I knew he always had my back. He is one of the very few people I absolutely trust with my life.

There was a person who asked them what is better to wake up an hour early to workout or to sleep in that extra hour. I was kinda surprised by the answer that the Dr. Travis gave. He said "Its better to stay asleep for that extra hour than to go and workout. Your just gonna be tired for the rest of the day." I was really surprised with that. I think they didn't do their research very good or even ask others. Because the days that I wake up early and work out I feel better during the day than the days
