How I Started:
I started in high school one summer while conditioning for drill team. Although I've been sidetracked more than once due to some unfortunate circumstances in my life, I still love a good sweat!
Why I Love It:
I feel good seeing how far I can push my body. Not only that, it's a good way to relieve stress and it makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see people on TV and in real life who have aged gracefully and it inspires me to get a clean-eating and fitness regimen going while I'm young so I can still kick it when I'm old! :)
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to power clean the bar after working at it for a month. It took a long time but I felt so powerful once I got that bar up! Also, being able to squat up to 175 lbs in high school. That felt good. :)

I love getting stronger! Today I benched 60 lbs and deadlifted 95 lbs, which are definitely personal records. Being able to lift heavy helps me out with my job, and it's a lot of fun. :o) I like being able to lift heavy...it definitely surprises people because I'm so small. I love...
Thanks for the encouraging words, yeah it’s definitely the air :P The funny thing was it was nearing the end of my workout after chin ups when I picked up the dumbbells. My immediate thought was "Wow, this seems awfully light...I wonder...OMG NO WAI!"
You know what I have the same prob.Try drinking more water alot more after your last meal sometimes your body tells you ur still hungry but it may be telling you your thirsty
