Hey man! 15pound in 3 weeks that's great weight lost. Make sure that your getting your protein in so you can maintain that muscle. Good Luck!

Thanks for the add. 40lbs!!! There will be nothing left!!! Keep lifting hard and changing your routines every 4 wks, continue eating clean and you shoudlnt have to lose that much!! more like 25-30maxxxx... Good luck bro
