ajwills Im training for a marathon;Its a difficult balance because I need to lean out, but I need to build muscle. How do you do that while burning a ton of calories?? So, for now, all I can do is eat clean, lift and hope that while Im losing weight, there are muscles underneath all this fat! I cut out the leg work cuz I feel like the running is leg work enough!
