Goal (Long):
I want to get my BMI down to about 18 or 19 while being able to lift a decent about of weight. Then be able to get my mile down to 6 minutes. Finally perfect my butterfly stroke.

I'm very conflicted. I just finished reading the book SuperFoods and I agree with the whole, 'you are what you eat' mantra. But the meal plan that is outlined in the book looks tasty and extremely high in calories. The highest calorie day being 2448 the lowest day being 1820. All I can say...
Dear Alejandra,
I know what it is like to wake up and realize that something has got to change. I was in the same situation. If you are going to build muscle make sure that you intake a good bit of protein but do not overdo it. Also make sure that you are getting ample rest between your workouts to let your muscles heal. Two a days at the gym takes it toll on the body. Have a nice day.
