Three years ago I was border line overweight/obese. I lost a bunch of weight and I need a new goal for myself. My boyfriend (ryan1981) got me into it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel more energized and keeps me on track for the rest of the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking back at old pictures and knowing I never want to look like that again.
BB Accomplishments:
Just motivating myself to get started. I think that's the biggest part of the battle right there.

Fighting hard for my goal.......Here I come wedding dress. You better be ready!!!
Goal (Long):
My goal is to do one day at a time and stick to the plan 100% each day. I want to be able to go to bed at night and know I did a good job. If I can do that and stick to my workouts I will have no problem getting my overall long term weight loss goal!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

I feel much better than I did but I am still fighting the cold. Sucks being sick but at least I am well enough to go to the gym. I was really nervous about my weigh in this week because I was really bad all weekend. I was extremely good for 3 days....100% on food and went to the gym...
ive not taken suppliments or fat burners for 6 weeks now and only started to use them again. They work better than when i was using them all the time. Usually take a 6 - 8 week break away is pretty good after u cycle off them. Anywayz all the best with ya fitness goals God bless and Takecare Ciao bella beautiful Lyndi
Hi beautiful lyndi congrats on losing the weight and keep it up aswell im sure you will meet ya goal too. As far as fat burners they do work along with excerise and sound diet. Heres a tip for ya about them sometimes using fat burners in cycle like say 4 - 8 weeks and then take a break away from using them seems work. Because your body seems to adapt pretty quickly to suppliments.
I have been going 3x a wk. I lift heavy, usually do chest, shoulders, and tri's on mon, back and bi's on wed, and legs on fri. Haven't been doin very much cardio, other than tonight i did some HIIT on the tredmill. I always notice great results from that. I hope this answered ur Q's if u need anythng else just ask. :)
I was going to be a PT as well, till they turned the program into a Doctorate and you only end up making 60k a year! I'd never pay off my loans lol! Med School is just as competative to get into and I am going to be an Oncologist now...good luck to you though pt and pta is a cool job! I was wanting to work with ms and md patients if I stuck with that route....
