My friend got me into lifting at his house.
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that i can get away from everything thats going on in my life, and just release anger, fear, hate, etc. when im lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to go to my friends house as much as i can, and i watch bodybuilding videos and think about how i have to work to get that big.

hey man - just reactivated my account and am back on here - I'm doing well bro - going to start hitting the gym up more now that I'm back from vacation - just got back from Vegas - it was awesome! How's things going on your end?
That's cool - just remember it'll be really hard some days and you won't feel like going to the gym trust me - just get up and do it and you'll be so happy you did. I think JCastro's putting a lot of faith in you that you'll be there! Do great works and you'll be great!
Dude that's awesome you guys are going to join a gym.. It's really addicting - in a good way of course if you don't let workingout consume your life.. Lift hard and take protein and drink lots of water to help out your system and you'll be fine!
That's awesome dude. Yeah having a workout partner is the best thing ever! Mine just got injured so I have to go at it alone for a little bit. Hoping that he heals soon cause I find it's boring when I workout alone - plus I need a spotter every now and then!
