How I Started:
During my Freshman year in high school I was placed in 6th period PE, which happened to the weightlifting period for football players. I gave it a go and have been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
The time and effort you put into the gym as well as your nutrition always show. So if you work hard in both areas you will always be rewarded with great results, whereas in sports, you can kill yourself day in and day out preparing, but come game day, things can horribly wrong, and you have nothing to show for your efforts.
How I Stay Motivated:
The will inside me that is constantly seeking for self-improvement.
