G'day all,


just starting a blog to try and keep myself motivated.Today was the first time in six months that i worked out (been wanting to start earlier but havn't had any motivation)i only worked out for 30 mins tonight (only doing basic chest training) before my delts started to really burn so i thought i'd call it a night and try a different body part 2morro if any 1 out there reads this can they please help me in trying to keep motivated like what music they listen to what excersize they do what protein they recommend and what keeps them motivated. i train by myself and onl
