Hi. Do you really think that mood swings depend on that supplements? Anyway you could try other supplements, it depends on what you're looking for, if you wanna focus on strenght, power, pumping effect or whatelse. Ciao

Try to increase intensity during w-o and eat properly, immediately after w-o and also during the day, and you'll get good results. Ciao!
