How I Started:
In the gym of the High School, many years ago. I liked to feel muscles working hard....
Why I Love It:
Throught the years it has become a passion. Before the w-o I like to prepare the plan to destroy muscles, during the w-o I like to feel the pain because I know that pain will make my muscles grow, after the w-o I feel satisfied looking myself at the mirror :-)
BB is a way of living and I feel good to live in this way.
How I Stay Motivated:
Improvement of shape and achieving a better knowledge are the bases for me to be motivated. Every day I challenge my body and my muscles and it's very stimulating.....
BB Accomplishments:
May 2008, WABBA Italian Championship, 1st place
June 2008, WABBA European Championship, 4th place

basically the program is 3 blocks of 2 weeks with alternating reps of 15,10,5. With full body workouts 3 times per week at the end is a 9 day deconditioning period. Seems like a good program i have been putting on a lot on my measurments quicker than normal. Tell me what you think about it
