Keep dropping that weight. You need to read up on htat Keto diet and do it. I dropped 2% bodyfat in 2 weeks, down to 229.

Hey, you need to get that book "Better than Steroids". I just finished my two week Keto run and managed to lose 2% bodyfat and a half an inch on my waist, while maintaining muscle. Now, I'm doing the Glycogen Supercompensation, hoping to gain 12 lbs. in the next 36 hours.

My back is strained badly. I'm limited to Upper body workouts with the exception of leg curls, and extensions. I'm still doing well though, gaining muscle and losing fat. Once my back heals it will be on!

Really well actually, my bf% is slowly coming back down. I'm doing a German Volume Training now trying to add some more size.
