Fit Status:
I haven't lifted in a month and a half, a lot of my gains have left and I packed on about 10 lbs of fat.

When I Started:
May, 2003
How I Started:
After basic training I was so excited about the weight I shed and how I looked. I started lifting, but it wasn't until about 2 1/2 years ago I learned to do it the right way.
Why I Love It:
The intensity, getting to the point where I feel I might throw up.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the small gains, knowing that with every rep, every meal, and every hour of sleep. I'm growing bigger and stronger.
I want to be larger than I ever have been before. A bodyfat level under 10% is acceptable, but I believe 7 to be ideal. I'll have to see how my body looks. As far as weight, I'm not sure. I believe 245 will suffice, I have to be able to run long distances (13 miles and beyond) so I can't go for anything like 275.
The workout tracker is a nifty little tool, but it's a pain in the ass to update it constantly. I'm pretty busy in Iraq, so for me to go in every time I work out and update it is like a chore. I should enjoy doing it, and since I don't; I'm not doing it anymore.
This workout appeared in Muscle and Fitness, back in 2005. It's called "Heavy Weekends" I just started it today 19 MAR 08, after doing an 8 week powerlifting workout. Some exercises are substitued for similar ones.
Sup dude...sorry I've been ignoring you lately! Still working out but I definitely need you to push me from time to time. Still making progress. Finally manned up and got some Novadex. Later.
