tjh87 My training is going good. Getting all those calories in is my biggest challenge. I just wrapped up an arm intensive routine and gained about 1/2in. Your bf% is impressive. Keep up the great work and keep in touch. It's good to hear back from ya. Oct 3, 2011 10:59am
