How I Started:
I injured my shoulder 1 year ago and I thought I had to build up some muscles to keep it from getting injured again. Since then I love it.
Why I Love It:
It's just a great feeling to leave the gym with big pumped up muscles and of course it gives me nice results when I look in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've never had any motivation problems in the past and I hopefully don't get them in the future.

So,

today I finished week 3 of athlean-x training system and I still like it very much! It's impressive that you get new workout routines every week, not the boring old stuff. Different cardio, different weight training excersises and that is what keeps me motivated to go on and on and on....

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog! I know I can't do a bulk without access to heavy weights so I should have phrased it as "if I should stop the cut and wait to bulk". I think I will continue to cut and if I look to thin I can always up the calories. Great progress so far the program you are doing looks great!

i strained my right iliopsas--the muscle below the oblique. cashed it. have been working to get the strength back. i'm a little impatient, but motivated none the less. i've reached a PR for bf% so that has me pushing for greatness. how are things on your end? making gains?
