He's the type of guy you can look up to. He really loves what he does and has a awesome body!!! Not forget to mention that he's very helpful and you can definetaly learn a lot from him.
today I finished week 3 of athlean-x training system and I still like it very much! It's impressive that you get new workout routines every week, not the boring old stuff. Different cardio, different weight training excersises and that is what keeps me motivated to go on and on and on....
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog! I know I can't do a bulk without access to heavy weights so I should have phrased it as "if I should stop the cut and wait to bulk". I think I will continue to cut and if I look to thin I can always up the calories.

i strained my right iliopsas--the muscle below the oblique. cashed it. have been working to get the strength back. i'm a little impatient, but motivated none the less. i've reached a PR for bf% so that has me pushing for greatness. how are things on your end? making gains?

hey bro thanks for the add! i guess my first question is , what do you do to get your pecs the way they are ? my lower pecs are ok but i can round out mine or get the upper pecs to pop. how is y our training?
Thanks bro..yeah, I still use the supps, I wont use anything else, as they keep new generations coming out and the products get better and better..
