Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I used to play video games and BBing has kept my mind off of then and onto better things like grades, and my appearance.

yeah i'm with you there. I need money for tons of stuff. like a car, supplements and other stuff. My junior year I worked at jack in the box, I went to school at 7am and I didn't get home until around 8:30-9pm the whole year lol.

Dude my first day of college kicked serious ass. I've got a lot of work ahead of me. I feel so great about it though, because i'll be able to stay busy. When i'm not doing school related stuff i'll be working out,eating right,finding a job,enjoying myself.

You feel good about a pound? LOL. Are you bulking now? I just sort of started half-ass bulking. Once school starts for me next week. I'm gonna try to tighten it a bit. In the last few weeks i've gained 2-4 pounds. It's made me feel so good lol. Considering my goal for this year is just to make it to 150. A lot of girls I know who still go to RHS have been talking about you dude. They all think you are hot. I'd not be surprised if girls hit on you every 5 minutes lol.
