When I Started: Jan 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I did P90x and then decided to workout at the YMCA and I loved the gym ever since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love having tangible progress I can see every time I go into the gym.

DariusRM Hey, i saw you're pic on the forum and all i can say is you're extremely cut! I have no idea how you manage to gain so much muscle and stay so lean, but generally i just find this really difficult. I'm currently bulking but i'm going to defintley cut after because i have gained fat and have no signs of a six pack anywhere. Got any tips for a succesful cut? :) Keep up the good work man!
