I want to slim up my legs and waist and bulk up my back, chest and shoulders. I want to increase my shoulder tape measurement from 52in to 56in by December 2009. I want to decrease my waist measurement from 36 to 34 by Sep 2009. I want to increase my chest span from 46 to 50 by December 2009. I want to go from running 20miles a week to 30 miles a week by August 2009.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Cardio.

Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Hydroxycut with caffeine gives me a good dose to get through 4 miles of running and an hour and a half of lifting.
