I want to add more lean mass.
Goal (Long):
I want to slim up my legs and waist and bulk up my back, chest and shoulders.
I want to increase my shoulder tape measurement from 52in to 56in by December 2009. I want to decrease my waist measurement from 36 to 34 by Sep 2009. I want to increase my chest span from 46 to 50 by December 2009. I want to go from running 20miles a week to 30 miles a week by August 2009.
