How I Started:
When I first arm wrestled a little skinny guy, and lost...then beat him the next day due to my 20 lb. dumbell curls.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because no matter what I want to improve in everything I do, and I want to look extra swole and look super good haha...
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at myself on what I want to improve on, and my fellow friends that have the motivation also.
I recently had surgery not too long ago, had to take out my damn apendix...pissed me off cause now I have an unwanted scar on my stomach. :(
Heh??? I would assume you mean Muscle tech.. If that is so .. then I love it.. been taking it on and off now for a bit over a year... and in regulation.. it works wonders for my body.. why do you ask .. smiles to you deb :)
OH congrats to your benching! You hit your goal, thats quite an accomplishment! i will be sure to check your pics :) I love to see progress pics. Hmm, losing weight, have you tried to increase your calories/portions? My training is going great, maybe a little too well. I need to back off some on the cardio cause my body is TIRED!
