Something I always wanted to do. Worked out off and on and sometime around April, something clicked in my mind and I decided to get serious.
Why I Love It:
I feel better. I like the reponse I get from people but most of all, I like the feeling of waking up, looking in the mirror and starting the day with 150% more confidence than before.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching other at the gym. It is always nice to see someone who has achieved a certain goal on their body and how they do it. Internal, of course. Without will one can stare at other all one wants but it isnt going to achieve much.
BB Accomplishments:
Not interested in competing. Just being the best person I can be both in and out.

Goal (Long):
As a kid, I was always over weight. I lost a lot of the extra fat a few years ago and I have been able to manage it with very little fluxuation. Now, I feel it is the time to give myself the gift I always wanted which is the body which I have already dreamed of. There are many things in the world that are uncontrollable but I know that I have total control over my body when I can maintain the will and find a way. I would like to have six pack and I admire those who have worked so hard to achieve it and succeeded. I would also like to have a bigger chest. I would like to have bigger peaks on my biceps.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 kg

10%

When winter comes and sunlight becomes less and less, sometimes your motivation can also fade along with it. You want to get into the gym and even though the desire is there - getting your feet to move in the direction of the gym can be a hard step. Even people with home gyms may begin to see...

i go to fitness first in zehlendorf and steglitz. but i like to try out different clubs. is yours pretty good? that's one i havent heard of. i'd be glad to help you withthe abs. that's a tough one to figure out.
