Hey richard, was just reading your training log, you haven't updated it for 2 months, still going? I started the stronglifts program in october, finding it worth the hard work!

We've got similar stats, I'm a fair bit behind on what I can lift though! Good luck with your goals

You're still looking pretty impressive. I have a long way to go by comparison.
I don't do any cardio stuff! I find it quite hard to put on weight, so think cardio is counterproductive to putting on muscle. I just keep my diet as clean as possible - no junk food or sweets and I don't drink alcohol anyway.
Abs I don't do that much - end of each workout I do 3 sets of 25 weighted crunches, and 2 sets of hanging leg raises. Keep my workouts to an hour and work as hard as I can.

LOL that's the first time someone's commented on chest hair, but thanks! Just getting back into training after some time off. How's your training going?

Well I'm new to the game so when I find out I'll let you know! My abs aren't really visible either. I started taking whey and casein supplements to add about 400 calories a day, ended up feeling quite bloated and losing my barely visible abs. Have cut shakes out for last week, and abs returning to normal. Might have to try a different brand :S
I assume then that for you, being lean is more important than putting on size?
