How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
At the moment? Doing a 5x5 system off stronglifts.com adapted from Starr and Rippetoe.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
60-90seconds. Any longer and I get bored.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury, had to take a month off lifting and off rock climbing.

Not even close brother. I weighed 275lbs.. Im half way there though. Just gotta watch the shoulder. what do you do for Cardio/core. You have a ripped mid section. Any advice? Cuz I can't get my stomach in check for the life of me lol.

Well, in a perfect world I would be lean and huge, ha. But lean would be nice for now, then get huge while staying lean... I want to go go GNC and see what they can offer me. I could read whatever I want on the internet, but I need the personal chat to find out what I need for me. Anyways, in regards to abs, dude, I see yours, they are looking big, no worries. I just hope to have mine show up like that ASAP, ha.
